This was an impressive win. We seemed a little flat coming off of the Auburn game. Mizzou had a great plan to get to the free throw line, and they hit 31 of 31 free throws, and we still won by 14 points. Petty made some plays when it got close that impressed me. We shot very well from the free throw line. Herb had a triple double and hit some huge free throws. Nice win, fellas. Roll Tide!

Impressive...rebounding and assists are where we won the game....after shooting...good shooting covers a multitude of sins -- by players and officials.

He does a lot of things well. Even his shots around the rim and free throws are improving...
I said this in another thread and I'll repeat it here, the light came for Petty around game 4-5. Jones had the early injury which probably held his progress back so I think he is just now becoming comfortable in CNO's system. I felt like his biggest problem has been confidence and playing within himself and I think CNO has really helped him develop his game. A confident Jones along with Petty, Lewis, and Reese will make for a dangerous team that can play with almost anyone over the next couple of months.
