An NCAA official Monday said he was confident that the organization would stand its ground against the latest lawsuit by Montgomery attorney Thomas Gallion and Tuscaloosa attorney Delaine Mountain.

Well, I scrolled on down to 'staff'on down to sports and cliked on Gregg's name and sent him an e-mail explaining to him that this is a deflamation suit filed on behalf of the Smith's and had nothing to do with the University of Ala.

why worry, they've gotten away with murder for
so long. it just makes me want to see gallion
and mountain break it off in em that much more.
as for fulmer and ncaa(aka ut boosters), the
best thing you can do is to keep your mouth
shut. if i was a lawyer representing them, that
would be my advice.
