NFL team(s)

Been a 49er fan all my life. Always will be. Been a dark past decade, and while I think we're nowhere near as good as our record indicates, like Parcells always says, you are what your record says you are. And our record says that we're the only 1 loss team in the league. Go Niners!

since the Titans and I moved here at roughly the same time, I say the Titans. But honestly, it's kinda 'whatever'. I watch the games, but I don't get torn up if they lose. I mean, WHEN they lose.

Grew up a Dolphins fan, but gave them up after years of horrible decisions neutered that franchise. I went without a team for a while, but I then threw my support to New England. Call me a bandwagon jumper (Even though it came after their last Super Bowl visit), but I want to support a pro-team that has a great top to bottom organization. Bob Kraft is a great owner and wants a winning product on the field.

I grew up in Illinois, during the Buddy Ryan defense years so, I am a Bears fan first. But, after that the Falcons because Julio is one of my all time favorite Bama players. And it is rough when they play each other now. Honestly, I was really pulling for Julio and the Falcons to do well.

Jim Dunaway said on the radio the other day that an SEC player either scored or threw a touchdown in every NFL game this past weekend. That is pretty strong!

I started watching the Texans some once they got some Bama players. Have been watching them lately since started playing Alabama football. Their run game is fun to watch

I am all over the place. I tend to pull for teams that field dominant defenses or have Bama players.

Oh yeah - I don't like the Cowboys.

I used to be a 49ers fan when Montana/Rice/Taylor/Craig/Rathman were there. When Rice finally moved on I had no reason to cheer for them. I still like the uniforms though. I find myself cheering for whichever team has a Bama player on it. Matter of fact, if there is an NFL game on, my wife will ask "do we have anybody on these teams?" Yesterday wasn't the Saints vs. Falcons, it was Mark vs. Julio. We cheered for the Jets last night because it was Greg's team, even though he's not playing.

Greg might be playing some next year. Sanchez is pitiful.

I was born and raised in Tampa, so I've been a Buccaneers fan since their inception. I hate the Panthers and Jaguars because of their ridiculous claims to being the most successful expansion franchises in history. The Bucs lost their first 26 games - first two years - to the NFC Championship in their fourth year of existence, and they built the team through the draft and with cast offs from other teams. The Bucs didn't have the luxury of stocking their rosters from other teams' rosters the way the Panthers and Jaguars did.

But I'm not bitter. :biggrin2:

I have been a long time Redskin ever since I saw Kilmer whip those Cowboys 26-3 a long time ago. Always wondered what John Riggins would have done if he had played at Bama in Coach Bryant's wishbone?

I am a complete and utter bandwagon jumper when it comes to the NFL. I used to like the Cowboys, because my dad did. He watched them during their glory years when he was a teenager in the 60s and into the 70s. Then, we shared the good times in the early 90s when I was a kid. Much like the Yankees in baseball. Of course, the Cowboys have been one of the most mismanaged franchises under Jerry Jones, and since the NFL doesn't hold my attention like the college game, I've gone without a favorite team. I just enjoy the football. I did like the way the Patriots built their franchise under Kraft and Belichick.

I also like to keep up with the BAMA players in the league.
