That does bring up a question family and so have discussed during the games. What is up with the mesh mask? Surely there is something else to it right?
probably copper embedded. I have a few of similar design but I don’t trust any of them beyond somewhat limiting spread from me if _I_ were to become infected.

obviously masks aren’t the panacea some want to make them out to be. Especially true if some wear and others don’t and they’re not properly worn by others or they are of poor design.

praying that coach & Greg Byrne continue to be ok.

This is scary stuff, but Saban is in good health and should quickly recover. But, what about the team? Kiffin says they are dealing with a team outbreak in Oxford. What will our team look like in about a week? I hate to say it, but we are on the cusp of a serious outbreak on our team. Hope I am wrong, but that is how I see what is ahead for us.

I hope so but being in shape really has nothing to do with it. My family has been in quarantine for the past 10 days because my 17yo son tested positive with it. I’m 52, out of shape and overweight and have yet to come down with it. My son will be fine, but it knocked him on his butt For 7 days. He’s a football player, one of the best on his team and is in the best shape of his life. No pre-conditions and not an ounce of fat on him. His played with a broke foot and is tough as nails. You just don’t know what this thing will do.
Glad to hear your son will be fine. I'm 62 and overweight, but still fairly active. I had it back in the beginning, in mid-March, and had fever, fatigue, and cough, but my fever was never high enough to get tested. I just assumed I had it and found out in June I had antibodies. I know some other people, considered healthier than me, that had it a lot worse. You're right, you don't know how it will affect you.

This man reaches right to the heart of matters:

The outcome matters, in football terms. Championships may ride on it. But the outcome that really matters is that Saban and Byrne recover fully and quickly, the same thing that matters for all citizens who have contracted the virus — President or firefighter, nurse or grandparent. No one should be partisan on that and on caring about one another: not political rivals, not athletic rivals, not any member of the human family.

Get well quickly to Coach and everyone else. Hopefully this won't go beyond asymptomatic. I've never seen an asymptomatic person, so does that mean you can get rid of it quicker than if you have symptoms? Put Coach in a hazmat suit, (if he's up to it), and let him coach from an empty box upstairs. Wonder if that is even allowed?
