TD LSU followed (predictably) by an act of indiscipline.
Yep. Selfish act (#4)

10 Things Teammates Don't Let Teammates Do in CHAMPIONSHIP CULTURES:
1. Cut Corners
2. Whine and Complain
3. Make Excuses
4. Act Selfishly
5. Disrespect Each Other
6. Divide the Team
7. Trash the Coaches
8. Embarrass the Program

10. Let Teammates Down

looks like maybe they didn't show up.
Here's an article that explains how short-handed they were for this game.

Like some here said - respect for showing up and not bailing.

That State coach, post game, said zero about LSU's situation - no credit for anything. Their fans acting like they just won the national championship. Surprised they didn't storm the freaking field!

And not even the point after kick after that TD - as time ran out? SMH.....

I hate LSU (I hate UGA, UT, au, Cam Newton, and hangovers too), but for those LSU players that did strap it up tonight....they get an absolute tip of the hat from this guy. For as much as everyone complains about the guys the opt out and don't play...the guys wearing LSU jerseys tonight damn sure were not that. Good on them....I mean I did swing by the casino and put a little cash on KSU this afternoon on my way home...but by showing up to play regardless of the situation the players showed some pride and regardless of the score they all represented themselves very well tonight in my humble opinion....I still hate LSU and I hope that is the closest I ever come to giving them a compliment ever again....

I watched most of the game in the airport and on my plane ride home. I knew going into the game we had little chance but after two straight 3 and outs, it was over. Respect to those who played. Much of that group forms the new culture going forward.

Jontre Kirklin, who played QB and threw three great TD passes, said this about his career: “Amazing. It was a journey. Getting recruited as a cornerback. Playing cornerback for two years. Bouncing around at receiver. Scout team QB. Back to corner for a bowl game. Back to QB tonight. I’ve played everything. I’m blessed and honored.” I would love to see the new staff keep him on in some capacity.

Ogre brought us from the top of college FB to near bottom with incredible speed. But, with the transfer portal and the ability to fill holes quickly - the rebuilding time is shortened. Now that we have a staff with an infinite amount of acumen over the prior regime, let the new era of LSU football begin.
