For the first time in its 246-year history, the Marine Corps has named its first ever Black four-star general. Gen. Michael Langley is taking charge of U.S. Africa Command.

Congratulations and Semper Fidelis!

I've got to hand it to the Marines. They haven't completely given in to being PC. Not just anybody gets to be a 4 star.
General Langley will make a great 4 star.
Congratulations to General Langley.
