Just as well. I didn't really think we were seriously considering him, at least I hope not. If we are going to take a QB transfer, I'd much rather have Miller.

Good luck to him. Who knows if he passed on us, or if we passed on him. Either way, I'm thankful for the result. Imo, Golson is not a good qb.

He is one unimpressive QB in my opinion. I have nothing against the young man, he may be a fine person, but he's never impressed me on a football field.

I think he is just a known name because he played at ND to be honest. Hey you look at people like Brady Quin and Jimmy Clausen to see my point. But to Quinn's credit he had an alright career.

Both of those you mentioned were far superior to Golson IMO, but I agree with your point. Without the ND name behind him, few if any would have talked with him.
