I think Ty played better than what I thought this year but im still remembering what a staffer told me… Saban was extremely worried about the quarterback position.

Been watching Bama since I was a kid. Saw Joe Namath's sneak against Texas in the 1965 Orange Bowl. Saw the goal line stand in the Sugar Bowl, saw G Teague's strip from behind against Miami etc etc. I've seen good coaches and great coaches and bad coaches. I've seen a lot of football. I will never trust this coaching staff. DeBoer seems like a nice guy and all that...but where's the offense he's known for? I'm sorry but, at times Womack's D is not sound. Special teams..? Forget it. The reason Ryan Wms missed that TD is because the ball went right through his hands! These current coaches have more talent than they've ever had and cannot coach them up. I wish that I could be more positive, but all we had to do was make a good showing in this game to make the CFP and we are giving the committee the excuse it needs to leave us out (again!).
I mean Alabama, for all the tradition, resources and top recruiting classes cannot make the top 12? Really?
Someone once said...any coach can win 10 games at Alabama (at least once), but you all know that the only teams that are remembered here are the Champions. Just the way it's always been. Unfair? Maybe but this coaching staff (recruiting aside and do we know how much NIL $ we're spending?) just can't cut it. I've been blessed to see the greatest eras of Bama Football in my lifetime. I don't think I'll see another. RTR
