Pittsburgh to win it all!!!!!!

i think that this year was one of the hardest to pick, there are so many games that really could go either way.

Speaking of refs, I like the way Belmont was incapable of reaching in fouls, over the back fouls, etc. It seemed to me that the refs wanted to keep Belmont in it late. Duke did nothing to help themselves, though. Missed free throws, sloppy play, etc. Duke is lucky to get to Round 2.

The Duke - Belmont game is the reason you watch the NCAA tournament. Otherwise, today was a fairly boring first day. Duke, though still very good, is not the Duke of old.

Hoping that G.Mason will pull out a miracle in the 2nd 1/2 . I despise the Domers .

I agree. They are not even close to being the Duke of old and haven't been in several years. Where has the talent gone? It certainly wasn't on display tonight. They will be lucky to make it out of the first weekend.

I was watching some highlights of the BYU-Texas A&M game earlier tonight. One of the ESPN guys mentioned that A&M held BYU scoreless for the first seven minutes of the game. Doug Gottlieb replied, "If Coach Fran could do that he'd still have a job."

I thought that was rather clever.

Glad you gave Gottlieb some credit. On second thought, if you hadn't, he might have stolen it anyway. *rimshot*

Well, I guess the Jags have a short time. Pearl won't being playing a zone against Butler!
