PCB is what it is, but comparing it to the filth of the majority of the French Quater is just ill informed. As too the shenanigans, the PCB city council and county commission have adopted some rather strong ordinances in recent years that have completely changed the face of Spring Break. So much so that several bar owners are suing in federal court.

Sorry to derail the thread

PCB realized the error of their ways a while back when they leaned towards Spring Break for college kids. M-TV and all that started to draw spring breakers away from areas like Daytona. Things are shifting back the other way now.

Still depressing to me how the area has grown with high rises up and down the beach. Front beach road, back beach road and middle beach road to some extent and are all jammed up during spring break and all summer long now.
