I'm serious, really.

Considering our struggles to make a yard or two in short yardage situations, it's worth considering.

You have the option to give him the ball OR, probably better, follow him through a hole!
Can he block better at FB than at LT?

This is a post game thing, did anyone see the Indiana Iowa finish? Iniana was favored by 6.5 on some books and was leading 20-7. On the final play of the game , the QB had to burn some clock before going down so Iowa wouldnt get the ball back, so he retreated 40 yards and went down in the endzone for a safety making the final 20-15 and Indiana didn't cover the spread. How many bettors were PO’d ? Was it intentional?

I re-watched the game last night. It's pretty incredible how we won. To not score in the 2nd half and beat a team that simply doesn't lose at home was unbelievable. I don't know where we go from here, but it was very impressive at times on both sides of the ball. We simply made plays when we had to.

Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention, but I was shocked how many times Simpson went under center. Was that for crowd noise purposes, or is that something we will be doing going forward? It seemed to work well.

In terms of problems in the game, we called very early timeouts and twice we laid eggs coming out of the timeout. Again, I'm sure crowd noise was the factor, but we have got to start getting the play calls in earlier with all the pre-snap movement we do.

Vanderbilt is going to be a tough out, but I am not worried about us not being focused on this game, and I'm not worried about the offense. Last year, we could not drive the ball, we just relied on big plays. This year is totally different. We can drive the field and expect to do so on every possession. Keep Pavia on the sidelines.

The timeouts were because we waited to see what UGA was lining up in, then ran in specific player packages to counter it. But due to the substitution rule, the ref then held the snap until UGA subbed, and UGA was intentionally loafing on and off the field to force us to burn a TO.

Heck, I'm just happy we are actually calling TOs in the first half...

I know Vandy is a big concern right now. But I'm really worried about the Missouri game.

Vandy we know to take seriously after last year and it's a home game. Missouri, meanwhile, will be coming off a bye and we go on the road. Not to mention we'll be coming off play UGA and Vandy. And this...

We really need to beat Vandy because I think there is a very real possibility we're losing to Missouri. The good news is Missouri let Sellers throw for 300 so Ty will likely have a big day
