Bama Game Thread: Official Postgame Thread - Bama@ UK...

Just got to keep on winning. Oregon’s resume won’t be anything close to Bama’s if they both end with one loss. UM/tOSU winner is a lock. Looks like FSU is a lock. I don’t see UW beating Oregon twice but who knows. Can only control what you can control.

Great win. Cudos to this team for working hard and improving each week. Today looked like real Bama football. On a side note, I am happy to see TS get to play and actually run some plays. He is a natural QB and I will be a big fan wherever he goes (just hope its not Ucheat or API). He will be a star.

Winning the West, and then the SEC, are always the primary goals. But this year, the last time for the four-team playoffs, there’s a twist. Bama has to beat the Barn to have a shot at the playoffs; lose, and beating Georgia loses a great deal of importance. The fact that Bama plays the Barn at the singular location in CFB where the Dark Arts wreak their black magic on most hapless visitors is not insignificant; this is a must win for Bama. And the Barnyard fauna know it. This game is as important, in my mind, as any Bama has ever played at the Foul Field.
I don’t want to hear the brain-dead refrain of the haters proclaiming the dynasty is dead, even with a win in the SECCG.
And, more than anything, it’s the next game (sorry, UTC - I know overlooking them is a “mortal” sin, my mea culpa’s will come next Saturday). That makes it the most important “important “ game of the season. And I hate Auburn.

I watched the post game presser on YouTube but only half of it. The other half, the microphone seemed to go in and out and I couldn't understand what Saban said. Anyone else have that issue?

I read an article on BOL that Coach set up real rat traps around the football locker room this week with cheese in it. Terrion tried to test it to see if it worked and said it pinched his finger. lol. First time I have heard of Coach doing this. Great idea.

Rees is actually a very good quarterbacks coach.

And one helluva OC . According to Jordan Rodgers, Rees has developed a lot of the plays we've seen the offense shift to in the last three games. Rodgers said "This offense didn't exist at the start of the season." Saban apparently has turned Tommy loose with the offense

This also shows the willingness of Coach Saban to change and adapt to keep winning. Some coaches won’t/can’t do this.

I was pretty agnostic on his hire. But maybe we got a steal.
