I'm rewatching the game, checking out the different megacast recordings, and am currently watching the Command Center version.
On Najee's huddle, Bryan Kelly had the best view in the house. He was standing about 10 or 15 yards downfield, looking towards the line of scrimmage, and the play came right at him.
He was standing with his arms crossed at the snap, watched the play cooking at him, saw Najee's hurdle just a handful of yards away, and then just stood there - almost motionless - as Najee ran past him down the sideline.
He never turned to look until the after the play was over...
