These long layoffs are killing our offensive flow.

We have all the talent to develop into a team that could make another run, but our flaws are really glaring. Defense will keep us in every game, but we'd better start improving from the line and from the floor overall it could be a long year in conference play.

NC State on Thursday. Win that one and we should enter conference play with a donut in the loss column.

Yes, but we defend well enough to mitigate them.

Free throw shooting is what is going to sting us. Seriously, our starting 1 shoots 30% from the line. If there's any one thing that isn't sustainable, it's that.

Not sure I understand the strength of schedule..they've played Ga. Southern, Davidson, South Alabama, Cal State Northridge, Colgate, New Mexico, Richmond, Furman, St. Louis. Don't see how this is rated #6. No Quadrant 1 games played and only 2 Quadrant 2 wins.

In the RPI, New Mexico and Richmond on a neutral court fell under Q1.

And yeah, it's early to be gauging SOS.

Mind you, the schedule has been pretty decent mid-major fare, and we haven't play anyone that's straight bad except CSUN.
