Good article, decent, but arguable rankings of certain teams. The Bills at #21 in the power polls? Plllllttttt!

I think the Pats definately have the best team in the NFL...Brady may very well set records this season. For the first time in his career he actually has some receivers. I'm a Cowboys fan though and I think the Boys' will be better than people think this year. Honestly I think Dallas and Chicago will battle for NFC supremacy. Cowboys vs Patsies in the Superbowl...one game, anything could happen.

No doubt...Shaun's one of the best in the game...I think they're a definate playoff team...btw...I don't buy into the San Francisco hype...I just don't think that the Seahawks are a top caliber team this year. I stand by Cowboys vs Bears

I think the Cowboys are a little overrated. Wade Phillips has never impressed me as a head coach. I would say that I like New Orleans this year in the NFC but with their history it's kind of tough to do. I think the AFC will come down to the Colts and Patriots as the two best teams. I would put San Diego in the mix but Norv Turner has screwed up too many teams as the head coach.

It's pretty hard to say that anyone is better than the Colts right now. They were the best team last year and it looks like they've gotten better. The only hope the Patriots have is to get them in a home playoff game. They are not beating them in that dome.

The Colts are the current champs.... and in my opinion are the best. Also, the Colts beat the pee-pee out of the number 6 ranked team, according to this article, last night. The Pats are a pretty loaded team, and are very good. However, if the Colts "D" plays like they did last night, for the rest of the year, they will be a MONSTER. Colts #1, Pats #2.

p.s. I am a Niners fan, so this is unbiased.

While I tend to agree with you, this is not the first incident for the Patriots. The other 31 teams haven't been caught yet. Either the Patriots are the worst offenders or they are really stupid. I think it's a combination of both.

Gotta put the Cowboys at least at #3 now with the Chargers struggles and having beat the Bears...but as a Cowboys fan...I think we could beat the patriots when we play them in a few weeks. With our offense...anything's possible.

I think this is the year that Tom Brady proves that he is better than Peyton Manning...I know a flaming is coming...but I don't think anybody has done more with less than Tom Brady has. He's never had a top notch receiver until this year and the only better than average receiver he's ever had is Deion Branch. Now Brady has a receiving corps comparable to the one Peyton has had in recent history. Also Brady finally has a RB in his backfield that could start on other NFL teams...Corey Dillon you say? Gimme a break...he was washed up before he got to New England. I believe that Tom Brady is a better QB all around than Peyton...the only area that I would give Peyton the nod in is changing plays at the line...no doubt Peyton is the best in the league at that. All that being said...I still think the Cowboys pull off the upset Oct 14th!!!

Peyton is great, and Tom is great. Which is better? How can one really know without having them switch teams? Head-to-head, the one with the better team has won almost every time so Tom has the edge - but does that make him a better QB?

Best to just say that they are both great and move on...
