1 Duncan Hines cake mix---BUTTER RECIPE

Can (11OZ) Mandarin Oranges with Juice

1/3 Cup Wesson Oil

Eggs Well Beaten

Stick of Margarine




Mix eggs, oil, cake mix, mandarin oranges (with Juice) and margarine together. Bake in 3 9 inch pans at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (Tooth Pick Test.) Cool on wire rack. Frost when completely cool.



FROSTING



Large Cool Whip

Large Instant Vanilla Pudding

Large Can Crushed Pineapple



Mix all ingredients and Frost. May pour juice from crushed pineapple over cooked cake before frosting.

Made this cake today as a treat on my wife's birthday. She and my two grown children liked it very much. A very moist cake.
