Golding remained in the Tuscaloosa County Jail at 9:30 Thursday morning, where his bond is set at $500. His mugshot was not immediately available.
Uber / Lyftnot too bright.
you'd think he'd have someone to call
The transitive verb may become past tense. I don't know how you can be effective leading college players these days from a glass house such as the one he's just put himself in......he is an adult who leads kids.
Resources? Stay at home and get plastered. It’s not rocket science. Go out and have fun, or stay at home and get drunk. Either way, I don’t care. This is inexcusable. No excuse in this day and age and with his resources.
I just can't think of an excuse for a DUILet's hold off judging until we hear the whole story first. I remember few years ago, we had someone getting arrested or something in LA... and lot of people wanted the players off the team and etc.. and once we heard the whole story... the narrative changed.
Golding and his DUI arrest, that was stupid... but this could be 1 time incident and he'll learn from it. If it is more than 1 time incidents that we don't know about then yes, he needs to be removed. but Until then, let's not jump to conclusion.
Maybe so, but this will affect his relationship with players and their parents in recruiting. He is a great recruiter... parents apparently love him. Hopefully, he can get the help he needs if this is a problem that is just now surfacing. His bond is 500... LOL. Likely he has to sober up before he can bond out. He'll be fine. Probably get suspended, handled internal within program.
How? Sark had a drinking problem and it didn't affect his recruiting. Shoot, it didn't affect at Texas as well.Maybe so, but this will affect his relationship with players and their parents in recruiting. He is a great recruiter... parents apparently love him. Hopefully, he can get the help he needs if this is a problem that is just now surfacing.
how so? I'm not trying to defend him, but this doesn't pass logical thinking test. This just seems like a very Golding thing to do.
His whole time here seems like he does something good then he does something bad.
Nobody is making excuse for him, but let's see how it plays out... Folks on here can be harsh without waiting to hear the whole story... we've been through this with players.I just can't think of an excuse for a DUI
Inexcusable, but - Golding could be a pioneer in the St. Saban Coaching Rehab Academy - simultaneous active duty field operative and tough-love penalized intern!Let's hold off judging until we hear the whole story first. I remember few years ago, we had someone getting arrested or something in LA... and lot of people wanted the players off the team and etc.. and once we heard the whole story... the narrative changed.
