I thought Key & Peele's "Obama Anger Translator" skits were pretty funny, but YMMV. Fred Armisen did a good Obama impersonation on SNL. And I enjoyed the White House Correspondents’ Dinner back when we had a president who could take a joke. Conan O’Brien was particularly memorable. And George Bush was the last time political comedy was a thing. Once Obama got in the White House the entertainment industry decided that "we can't make fun of a black man" so political jokes were only made when the butt of the joke was a white man and then that eventually morphed into only making fun of conservatives. That's about the time I stopped watching SNL except for the Lonely Island stuff.

Rob Schneider describes SNL's current political climate as "a klan rally in pastel." The line makes me laugh every time. And George Bush was the last time political comedy was a thing. An interesting list for sure, thanks. The issue I have with it is almost none of those "parodies" weren't actually parodies. These were just skits where Biden was a character in the setting. Most of the parodying was at the expense of conservatives.Saturday Night Live parodies of Joe Biden - Wikipedia
