Once Obama got in the White House the entertainment industry decided that "we can't make fun of a black man" so political jokes were only made when the butt of the joke was a white man and then that eventually morphed into only making fun of conservatives. That's about the time I stopped watching SNL except for the Lonely Island stuff.

I thought Key & Peele's "Obama Anger Translator" skits were pretty funny, but YMMV. Fred Armisen did a good Obama impersonation on SNL. And I enjoyed the White House Correspondents’ Dinner back when we had a president who could take a joke. Conan O’Brien was particularly memorable.

An interesting list for sure, thanks. The issue I have with it is almost none of those "parodies" weren't actually parodies. These were just skits where Biden was a character in the setting. Most of the parodying was at the expense of conservatives.
