I can't stand her. I keep hoping someone will get her in a primary. Maybe once Trump's off the scene the GA Republican party can get someone that can get her out. The Dem running against doesn't stand a chance.

DEI is just the new in some circles socially acceptable way of saying that women and minorities are not as capable as men and white people and the comments made about DEI by those folks prove the point.

If an airline recruits minority and women candidates they are (and were in this thread) accused of lowering standards. Of course, this is completely without evidence or basis in truth since those candidates are held to the same exact standard as anyone else.

Sure.
But even you have to admit it has morphed into just another way of saying some people have to be less qualified, at least in the way that a large number of people are using it.
I am aware of many of people with lesser qualifications getting into top universities, securing greater scholarships, getting jobs, and getting fast-tracked on promotions based on things other than merit. The federal government is thick with this nonsense.
Kamala Harris is a DEI 'hire'. Whether or not she is qualified is debatable (I believe she is), but she was chosen by purposely excluding a large portion of the population simply based on her sex and race.
That doesn't mean she was a bad choice, she might have been the absolute best choice. But it also means that she might have been the 10th best choice. Or the 100th. But due to the racist, sexist policy, no one that wasn't a female of color ever had a shot.
That's why DEI sucks.
You are entitled to your opinion. Everyone has one.
Assuming you disagree, are you suggesting Harris was not a DEI selection?
Or are you suggesting that despite her being one, there's no chance someone more qualified was overlooked didn't fit the profile?
