You can forget it, so long as we have the EC set up as it is now. Washington was a far-seeing and insightful man and he foresaw the dangers of partisanship. Sometimes I muse about how many parties we would have, if we had a parliamentary system...
Don’t care. The guy is still sharp and a moderate that uses common sense and reject the extremes of both sides. I would vote for him if given the chance. Biden’s problem was how he was aging. It was bad.
With some, aging, mental and physical, seems to proceed in spurts, rather than evenly. That said, four years in the WH had something to do with it...
Barack Obama governed as a centrist, not much different than the last one before him, Bill Clinton.
And we have a centrist in office currently. The only reason people say he's not is that the Republican Party has moved so far to the right than anything to the left of them is considered communism/socialism/woke.

I have to question the study's paramaters as to what is considered Far Left:
* Belief that homosexuality should be discouraged by society. I think more than a few Republicans and plenty of independents support marriage equality.
*Peace thru strength(militarily). I would like to see how these questions were worded.
*Medicare For All. So does that mean that most of the rest of th world is Far Left because they have good public health systems?
*Does hard work mean getting ahead? Insane profits from corporations, who pay little or no taxes. I don't think it's Far Left to question why the average guy is getting left behind.
*The whole "welfare mother" stereotype that Reagan pushed. If you think it's a stereotype, you are Far Left?
But, then I look up Investors.com, and realize it's a right-leaning outlet. The Pew study says nothing about Far Left. If anything, the study shows that Democrats are who they have always been, and Republicans are the ones who moved to extreme Right. Everything this article lists as Far Left is just common sense political policies.

sorry pew research is a waste of time. They are known as a trash organization. The other fun part was watching some say the website that linked to the study was right wing. So what. Is the study right wing too? People on here post stuff from far left nut job websites and organizations all the time. There’s one YouTube channel in particular that is posted here often that I’m pretty sure you need a tim foil hat to subscribe to. There was a direct link to the study so you could look at it yourself as originally written. Sorry it didn’t set your world on fire.

Oh good grief, yeah. It was not very far from us. My husband was coming home from my daughter's house and saw a load of sheriff and cop cars flying toward his danged golf club. A friend who lives even closer to it got caught in traffic and heard a bit about it. They shot at the suspect, he dropped his weapon and ran and they caught him. Now, we're all going to have to hear about how the Dems are trying to kill his butt.
