Yahoo already has him committed to Clemson. Not sure if I missed anything but I wanted to check to see if he committed yet or not and they have his verbal to Clemson....

Kelly is a Clemson Tiger, or at least committed to them.

He was clearly taking a shot at Clemson backup QB Cole Stoudt. So, Stoudt had this subliminal shot back:
