Those remarks are on TigerDroppings right now too. I don't know where it originated.
The media may not catch wind of it until later in the evening, if it's suppose to actually happen. That would leave us not actually knowing until tonight or tomorrow. Of course, I'm still not certain of the validity of this.
That doesn' t make me feel good. They are always referencing a presser at 4:00 over something.
I'm not sure whether to believe this or not. Seems like the OU insiders have been wrong more than once so far with Kiel's recruitment.
Something's not right. He's scheduled to commit at 4PM, but it's not public? So, what, he has a meeting with Saban at 4PM to tell him what we fans already know?
The 4:00 time frame was something that was posted on another board, but there is no way to verify that. You'll notice in my earlier post I put a big "FWIW" at the top, and then posted the statement in quotes. I probably should have been more clear on what I was posting. If Gunner commits to Bama today, it's highly unlikely that we're going to get some type of 4:00 official announcement. I would think it would come out sometime this evening or this weekend, IF he commits today. Right now we're all sort of playing the wait and see game...
Wait this can't be right. Just a few days ago the "OU insiders" said Bama was out of it completely... 
I could see Gunner telling Stoops and Co. that he had a meeting with CNS at 4 to discuss his recruitment. The OU staff leaking it to the insiders. And the rest is as we know it.

You must not follow recruiting much. This stuff changes like the wind.
I must say it doesn't look good for OU.
Probably the same OU insiders that claimed he was commiting the other day to OU. I also follow recruiting but have learned most self proclaimed insiders are only insiders in their own head.8)
Thanks RTR. I don't claim to be an insider but I do get some good information some times from people who do know things and I usually try to share that stuff here. You guys are the best.
Im hearing some rumblings from OU insiders that Gunner is at a Jimmy johns in tuscaloosa word is he will commit to a turkey sandwich at 5:30
