We are going to try to go to Ms. State game. Before I buy tickets, I would like to know the sections that are Alabama friendly. I would like to avoid as many cowbells as possible. I have looked online but didn't find any help. Thanks. Roll Tide!!

For it being one of the dinkiest stadiums in the SEC, they are annoyingly loud with the cowbells. All seats are pretty decent but noise-cancelling headphones will be needed for the first quarter or two. They usually stop that non-sense after the middle of the 2nd quarter against us.

And if you get stuck sitting next to someone who brought in law chair as a stadium seat, it could be a long day. I was there in 07 and was impressed with how quick we were shuttled from the field to the car and on the road. We parked at the research park a cross the main road from the campus

I called the MSU ticket office a few weeks ago and the lady told me over the phone which ones are the visiting section and i already forgot what she told me. I would call them first thing in the morning if I were you. I can tell you that the stadium will be covered with Bama fans all around.

Best cowbell defense is to bring your own and ring it in their ear every time we make a big play. They will either go deaf or leave - do I sound a bit bitter that those buffoons are grandfathered in against the artificial noise policy?

After multiple trips to Starkville, I can tell you that pretty much the entire west side upper deck will be heavily populated with Bama fans, as well as the south corners on both sides of the lower level.

Yes and the closer you are to the big jumbo-tron the closer you will be to the field. Their stadium, or at least the upper deck, is built at an odd angle.
