Quick and Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

3 GOOD slices bacon
2/3 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 TBS ketchup
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce (Lea and Perrins for me)
1/2 cup water
1 lb medium shrimp
Salt, pepper, cajun seasoning (slap ya mama hot for me)

Chop bacon and saute. When done add celery and onion, cook till veggies soften.
Add ketchup, soup, Worcestershire, and water - simmer 10 minutes
Add shrimp and simmer another 20 minutes, stir occasionally

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cajun spice (or cayenne) and serve immediately over fluffy white rice
