Can we please stop beating a dead horse? It's pretty obvious that if Yeldon was going to flip anywhere, then he would have decommitted by now. This is getting a little monotonous.

He's going to auburn, so let's deal with it.

Hey bud, thanks for reviving the thread that had been dead for an hour. You brought it back to life!

Unless you have inside info stating the opposite, I'm pretty sure there's reason to continue down this trail. I don't know how long you've followed recruiting, but some recruits will wait until signing day to switch schools to avoid severe push-back from the school they are committed too (not saying Yeldon with do this). We've seen this senario play out often enough to not give up on any recruit. Never give up when Saban's your coach.

I saw something earlier about Yeldon's dad working for an Aubie? Can anyone confirm? If so, it will be hard to flip the kid if the family's livelihood depends on a boog.

Let's play "Just Suppose."

Just suppose folks like Rodney Orr know what they are talking about, when they say T.J. will change his mind ...
Just suppose that the loss of an offensive coordinator might get a recruit's attention...
Just suppose a top recruit watched the vicious circuses that followed the decisions of Cyrus and Brent ...

Might we just suppose that if a kid were considering a switch from one Alabama school to the other, he might have reasons to keep it to himself?

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

To be fair it has already been said Bone already missed this week. I don't always follow his lead.

I just think Yeldon and Winston are gone..
I think Bone was referring to C Jones. FWIW Jones was suppose to commit to Saban when he visited this Wednesday, but when the Under Armor game called him last week and said there was now a spot to commit during it he postponed his public announcement. But from what I read he has made his decision but will not make it public until the game now. So for all we know he did commit to Saban and Bone was right.

To all the people who want to move on, so be it. No one tells you to open up this thread or read it. Also what do we have to lose by hoping. It is not like he our commit and he might switch.

Exactly. This snafu was the UA game, not Bone.

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

There is a LOT of confidence from some people with a LOT of credibility that say Yeldon to UA is a done deal. I will admit I was very pessimistic on our chances but from what people are saying we may all get our wish soon.

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

There are also a lot of people that say Yeldon is playing Alabama and will stick with Auburn. We shall see.
I think we all have to admit that Yeldon is one talented RB, but there would be NOTHING better than snagging a prized recruit from the Barn. He is the prize of that class. With Dyer transferring, and us putting 2 RBs in a row in the 1st round, I wouldnt be shocked to see him switch.

Re: RB TJ Yeldon Updates (AU commitment)

I wonder if Yeldon is spring enrollee, can he be on hand to see us win number 14? He won't be able to be in Atlanta for the fried chicken bowl I know if he signs with the boogs. I think its is based on the players report day or school starting.
He's good to go and can enter as soon as classes resume .
