The funny thing about the right complaining about "cancel culture" is that the way I recall it the right began cancel culture long ago in a bid to get things they did not like off the airwaves. Rock and roll? Cancel and burn the records. Television shows they didn't like? Boycott the network and the sponsors. Dixie Chicks didn't like Bush? Cancel them. The hypocrisy is blatant and disingenuous.

He can’t get work as a musician and is destitute and on the streets. Maybe he should go get a real job.

I agree people only worry about cancel culture if it is their culture getting canceled. Both sides do it.
