I love Blueberry's and I just tried these tonight and they are awesome.

Blueberry Moon Pastries

3 cans (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls

1 can (21oz) Blueberry Pie Filling or any other pie filling

1 beaten egg

sugar for topping

Optional extras: white chocolate chips, chopped nuts, coconut, decoaraor icing (tube)

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheets; separate crescent rolls; Place one heaping Tbsp. of blueberry pie filling on the larger end of each crescent (top with extra's if you like) and roll up; Brush the tops with a beaten egg; then sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 10-14 min. or until golden brown. Best served warm. Vanilla ice cream is optional.

Makes 24 pastries.

Goose, how would you like to come be my pastry chef? :D

I would love to become Tidefans Pastry Chef. :)

I have gained 40 lbs. since being married almost 4 years largely due to my wife not being a cook.

I have more recipes ahead..

Goose: I'm not wild about blueberries, but that recipe sounds awesome! Wonder if I could use apples & cinnamon inside the pastry?

I think you could use just about any pie filling. I want to try Cherry, peach, mango, pineapple, bavarian cream, lemon curd and banana cream.
