Rose Bowl tickets in Apple Wallet Error

Is anyone having trouble adding their Rose Bowl tickets to their Apple Wallet? I downloaded the Rose Bowl app, logged in to my Ticketmaster account (email matches my Tide Pride and Apple Id), see the tickets, can add them to my Apple Wallet, but then after 30 minutes or so it tells me the pass was disabled and "This pass is associated with a different Apple ID). I contacted the Ticketmaster Bowl ticket support line and they didn't know how to fix it and said it was odd since the tickets came from the school.

Might be a software/tech mistake but I'd contact Apple. Could be fraud.
