I have a hard time believing all these guys will be here. These guys want to play and are all top level talent. You can not play 13 guys a game. If Sears comes back I don’t expect Philon to come. If Nelson comes back Dioubate or Stevenson most likely leaves. It all good to dream but just don’t see any possibility if them all staying. It kind of same thing I see with predicting multiple final 4 appearances. In the last 5 years UConn is the only team to have more than 1 Final Four appearance which shows it isn’t easy at all to even make it more then 1time let alone few years in a row. Football usually has the same top teams but basketball in todays game is lot of turnover.

I agree, I don't see how you'd get that roster to all come. It'd be awesome though.
If this happens we really are a basketball school now. Just wow.
Feels like that roster is still one Big Man short, even if Grant conceivably can slide over if called upon. I also hope both Darin and Little Mo stick around for another year.

This is going to help out a lot! The NCAA apparently now passed new rules, and grad transfers can no longer transfer whenever they choose. Everyone has to be in the portal by May 1st in order to transfer, so we won't have to worry about a JQ situation this time.

1. The NIL for BAMA basketball has been increased significantly so we do have the money to make it possible.
2. CNO wants to keep the momentum going to win a championship.
We may not land everyone but I think we will be pleasantly surprised (and happy) with the team we have on the hardwood next season.
Me personally I hope we land Omoruyi, we are a solid frontcourt away from a final four appearance and Omoruyi can be the player to help get us over the hump.

I agree. I think Omoruyi, as a senior, offers the experience that will balance out the youth coming in. Also be a mentor to Sherrell.
I mentioned that One of the guy might get significant NIL that they won't need scholarship. so it is possible.
There used to be a rule against that. In current times though, who knows if it would matter.
Hope they make the NIT this year.
Actually, for many years, we've had football players go off scholarship to make room for a scholarship player, and I'm talking about starters from families with money. I can't really tell a difference, if the assets making it possible were the player's own, rather than family money. In today's climate, I can't see the NCAA trying to make a delta between NIL money and family money...
Hope they lose in the first round of the NIT this year.
Oh wow, I was thinking I'd read that wasn't allowed. Was it ever illegal? If so, maybe that's what I'm remembering. If not, I guess I'm out in left field. Thanks for the info.
This weekend, I think.
Supposedly a visit to Kansas St on Wednesday of this week, but I have not seen any reports of that visit. Maybe that's good news for us.
