Game Thread: Saturday 12/27 Bowl Games

Someone needs to coach college kickers better...their fundamentals are awful....Mizzou kicker just hit one straight when on the right hash..set up was completely wrong...kickers win and lose games..Im surprised at how little attention coaches pay to that part of the game

Especially given the rules on coaches now

hmm...so Mizzou's QB sat out....love the bowl season
He announced he was entering the transfer portal, Drink probably wanted to give his true freshman more playing time. Or Drink benched him because he quit on his team Or, Pribula sat out to not get hurt before finding a landing spot. Either way, that’s college football.

Imagine announcing you will transfer and then get hurt? You have no new team, your old team doesn’t want you. College football behind the scenes needs to be better. This all reminds me of the good ole days with AAU basketball but on a much larger scale with more money involved.

The Army UConn game looked like a peewee football game where Army put the biggest player at running back , and the other team couldn’t tackle him. Godspower Nwawuihe took hit after hit and just kept going.

Its what irritates me when fans flex on the "B1G is 5-0" etc...these games are meaningless. Pitt lost 22 starters I read...so is that really a loss for them...the bowl season lost its relevance so flexing makes fans look idiotic..but hey....

Virginia almost lost that game by electing not to go for that 4th and 1 with 1:41 left in the game & down by 6.

I mean......Mizzou even ran some ground plays and still had a TD throw to the end zone by their backup QB who almost caught it.

What a finish though......exciting!

I hate these games....oh look....SEC team loses to ACC team...but without their starting QB...it seems games against SEC teams are every other conferences super bowl..lol
