Saw's Turnip Greens

This is from a Barbecue Resturant in Homewood that I like to go to. They have a vinegar base sauce. They have the best tasting turnip greens that I have ever had. Also, have very good Q. Plus, they have different Bama items on the walls. The owner use to work for Southern Living test kitchens and decided to go into business for his self. If you are in the Homewood area, this place is worth checking out. It is a small place and if he continues with his business, He might have to relocate. Many times, the line is out the door.

I've eaten there once. I got the pulled pork plate with turnip greens and baked beans. Greens were excellent. The pork may be the best bbq I've ever eaten.

So it's turnip greens cooked in some chicken broth and bbq sauce? I cook mine the same way without the BBQ sauce and would never have dreamed of trying that.
