we are on the fast track back to “states rights” except when that does not advance the coup.

They are gutting the 14th and plan to obliterate completely the 14th, 15th, and the Voting Rights Act.

SCOTUS used "their messed up view" of historical precedent as a reason to overturn Roe v Wade. They can't do that with this "independent state legislature" theory because the historical precedent is against that idea. Can't wait to read their made up excuse when they rig elections for the GOP.


I don't think Democrats have the balls to expand the court. If they do, Manchin will probably stop it like he has for almost everything they have tried to do. End the filibuster and right this ship!
