Georgia v Bama for SEC, and both make the playoffs along with Ohio State and probably Clemson.

My question as well. I see Georgia going 12-0 and Bama as well. I believe TN and FLA are getting too much ink and expect KY to finish 2nd in the east.
UGA has a weaker schedule than do we...I expect to see them in the SEC Championship game. UT's hype is due to their years long mediocracy. Fla is not deep enough to make it through unscathed.

I expect to see them also but not undefeated. Being a defending champ can get you complacent. no matter how much Kirby wants to preach about being the “hunter”. If saban teams struggle with it I can almost guarantee Georgia will struggle with it.

TN is expected to score so that could be scary but I think UGA is home for that one. Then maybe Oregon in the opener? I just don’t see 2 losses unless you are including the SEC championship 😂

Mac actually had talent on the field, especially in comparison to his competition. Which is why the wheels ran off his bus when the talent ran out

3 previous years of recruiting Mac inherited.

2012: 3rd in county, 2nd in SEC
2013: 3rd in county, 2nd in SEC
2014: 9th in country, 7th in SEC

3 pervious years that Napier gets to inherit

2019: 9th in country, 7th in SEC
2020: 9th in country, 6th in SEC
2021: 12th in country, 5th in SEC

Napier MIGHT be able to do something, but it wont be with Mullens players

My point was more of how people on here saw Florida. You would see so many threads ragging on Mac’s success for winning the East his first two years, but when you would bring up the fact Gus won the SEC his first year or Pinkle won the SECE two years in a row people would fall over themselves to try to separate them.

My point is that unless the coach is named Kiffin, Sark, or Kirby then just about 90% of Alabama fans will be in their corner for Alabama Saban assistants who are HCs. Me personally I have no idea what Napier will do but I always give pause for coaches going for a G5 to a major job.
