SEC Preview and Predictions: Week 3
by Jess Nicholas, TideFans.com Editor-in-Chief

Yes, we’re kicking ourselves for almost pulling the trigger on the Appalachian State-Texas A&M upset last week before ultimately chickening out. The Aggies looked lost on offense and generally uninspired, and now there are serious question marks about the A&M offense as the season progresses. This week, the only three games of real note are Penn State’s visit to Auburn, while A&M tries to beat back a resurgent Miami team and LSU faces off against Mississippi State. Most of the rest of the games are mismatches.

Week 2 record: 9-3 (75.0%)
Season record: 21-6 (77.8%)

I'll almost always pull for the SEC team. That includes Auburn and aTm and LSU when they're playing out of conference. At the end of some season - some day... - it may help Alabama if the SEC is considered to be the strongest conference. That only happens if SEC teams win their out-of-conference games. Losses to App. State don't help.

Reading the comment section for Josh pates Late kick Auburn vs Penn state game prediction is pretty funny. You can tell Penn state fans are really unfamiliar with Jordan Hare voodoo. They seem to be insulted that some people are picking auburn. There are even Georgia and Bama fans telling Penn state fans, "Look we hope Penn state wins and yall should win, but it's just not going to shock us if the barn something out of their butt and wins"
