I think this is the definition of a Cindarella team. Simply amazing how they have got hear. In my mind, Milroe wins the Pat Trammel award - he willl just beat you.

Awesome article Jess. I know we view things thru crimson tinted glasses but this article was concise and told the story. I have read plenty of "sportswriters" articles about the game. But IMHO yours is the best I have read. You never get enough kudos for all the work you do. Thanks

I think UGA may have out thought themselves on the decision to have two spies on Milroe most of the game. I think this may have stopped a scramble or two but it gave Milroe plenty of time to throw most of the time. Normally UGA always has pressure on the QB.

a lot of folks have out thought themselves trying to defend milroe. what do you try to take away?

Enjoyed this write up, Jess! Kirby and his coordinators got out-coached in this meeting of Behemoths. It was a great game plan, carried out with enough precision by this great team, to take away a three-peat from those big Dawgs, and secure an SEC Championship. This team keeps finding ways to win. Kudos to the entire coaching staff and players. This has been nothing short of a miracle season.

I admire this young man. He has overcome every obstacle put in front of him and continues to get better with every opportunity.
His biggest blind spot has been hitting the check-down when downfield receivers are covered. The receivers have not mastered finding the soft spots to get open. Jaylen hit his outlets tonight, except for the couple times he was sacked.

Burtons drop in the end zone and a couple other drops would have gone a long way towards putting the game out of reach instead of winning by 3.
Jaylen’s play tonight should prove the “naysayers” wrong when he went down at the ends to keep the clock ticking and then making first downs with his legs to run out the clock. It was sweet watching Kirby’s offense stand on the sideline helplessly as the seconds clicked down to 00..

Without Jaylen’s leadership on offense and the defense playing lights out, this win would have never happened.

Beat Michigan! Roll Tide!
