Sure, and let's get crimson pants to go with our crimson jerseys and crimson helmets, and while we're at it go with crimson socks and shoes. That would be pretty tight. Sure you'd leave every game with a blistering headache, but still it would be pretty sick.

Serious question though about our uniforms since we're on the topic. Does anyone else wish Nike had done more with our pro combat uniforms? I mean, unless the cameras really zoomed in you couldn't tell any difference from our reguar uniforms.

I think the current uniform is just fine. Part of it's allure is the longevity of it's old school simple design. I say leave it alone.

I think we all feel this way if we are being serious.

I also heard that we are getting a real elephant! Now that is going to be cool. They're going to put him next to BD and let him roam around the stadium to protect the statues.


Off-season is boring......

In the spirit of the off-season thread, I would like to propose the following changes. We should wear white helmets, crimson cleats, black pants, and have houndstooth numbers and socks. We should do this for one away game each year so all of the uniform change people can see all of the uniform ideas at one time. Of course, we would look ridiculous, but we can throw those people a bone once a year.

As for me, no I did not wish they had done more. I was pleasantly surprised at the subtlety, and was happier with it than I expected.
