Some comments from the NFL combines,
"Vanderbilt WR Earl Bennett measured 5'11/209 at the Combine weigh-in. This is shorter than expected."
"Arkansas RB Felix Jones measured 5'10/207 at the NFL Combine weigh-in. Jones was listed at 6'0/207 in college, so this is somewhat disappointing."
I expect both players to do well in the NFL but whats the motivation in listing these players at a greater height than they are? Does it help you win? I think not, Does it help draft status? These guys in the NFL take nobodys word for anything, so its not going to help there. I saw this a LOT in high school, but you would think a league like the SEC this wouldn't be so common.
