Well, I think we know who will be receivers 1-4. (We only have 4).
Ryan Williams
Germie Bernard
Rico Scott - An explosive receiver with a 4:43-seconds 40 speed. Earned the Gatorade Pennsylvania Player of the Year. He had 1,353 yds and 23 touchdowns his senior year. Rico is the real deal. He's a polished route-runner. He's pretty much a dedicated slot reciever who excels in getting off the line of scrimmage and open quickly.
Jaren Hamilton - Runs a 4.30-seconds 40-yd dash, making him possibly the fastest WR on the team. Speed translates to the field with vertical stretching ability and run-after-catch juice. Has good timing and high-pointing instincts with impressive concentration skill as a deep-ball tracker. Averaged 25.3 yards per catch as a high school junior. I'm not sure what to expect from the redshirt freshman.
Other Freshmen:
Aeryn (Bubba) Hampton - Ran a 4:43 40, and an 11:54 100-meter. A really good route-runner. He caught 55 passes for 1,161 yds and 13 touchdowns as a hs senior. Sark tried hard to get Bubba.
Amari Jefferson - Talented and eager to play. Has good size at 6'2" and 210 lbs. Ran a 4:40 40. He had 1,401 yds and 20 touchdowns his senior year. Has been compared to Amari Cooper in build, with similar smooth, powerful athleticism. Has a nasty 45° cut at top speed. He's good on screens and excellent at deep ball tracking and can even make catches while changing shoulders at the last second. He's physical and breaks tackles.
