Even when he is having a great game, he is one bad play from having a miserable finish. He sulks when he has a bad play, and it impacts his play going forward.
Yes. There are literally a million individuals out there who can throw the ball hard. The key is knowing where to throw the ball and then thread the needle with a catchable ball. The way that Tua, Mac and Bryce did so many times. I just will not watch this guy play QB. Others can if they wish.

Alright, let's start focusing on the future. For those close to the program, what changes should we expect to see across starting positions for the bowl game?

Aside from transfers out, will DeBoer focus on winning this game, or will he focus on player development for 2025?

Thoughts?
Note to Future B1GTide: Milroe is coming back

,,,,, and he has 1/10 the processing speed and capacity of Joe Montana. The only similarities between the two are their initials.
I agree & I shouldn't have used that comparison, but, when he's on throwing the ball..

He can laser point throwing the ball with accuracy & then next throw he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn..

Consistency isn't one of LANK's strong suit as a QB..

Does every thread have to devolve into bashing players on the team. I rarely post but read everyday for 20 years. It's disgusting how people talk about players on the team. Milroe has given more of his energy to the team in one week than most of you in a life time. I'm not a basher or apologist, not everything has to be a culture war. 😤

Jalen Milroe simply isn't the QB we hoped he'd become. Last year I defended him, hoping he'd get some private coaching in the off season which would turn him into at least a solid 7 or 8. He did not get better; he's still a 5 or a low 6, IMO.

Frankly, I don't care how much "energy" any player gave to Bama. Results are what matter to me. I reject the Trophy Generation.

The very little bit I've seen of Ty Simpson suggests he's already a high 7; maybe even a high 8.

Ordinarily I'd agree about bashing a player, but, when these players are making more money than most of our coaches on the coaching staff through NIL..

It's all fair game..

They wanna get paid well with it comes added expectations and ridicule.

I’m sorry but if a player is making 2.5 mil a year he is open to the same criticism as anyone else in the program. Personal attacks aside. Also players get talked about all the time. I’ve seen talk about our LBs being slow out of position catching opponents(not laying the hit but instead being the one to receive it), OL being bad, and receiver can’t get open or catch a ball going back to last year. Some reason the thought process is that the QB should be above it I guess.

I'll leave it at this. It's not criticism, it's constant bashing. 99.9% of the problems on the team is Milroe? Come on, that's completely untrue. Does he have problems, sure. This is a frustrating team but it's not just Milroe. I've said my piece and it won't change a thing.

In the off season yes there will be a full competition.

Right now Ty is QB2

If Milroe bounces then Ty will start.

I don’t know why you dislike him so much but you’re not even giving him a 1st chance.

He hasn’t taken 1 snap with the 1st string in a game this year.
Because he's not Milroe.
