Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch considering Houston and Danny Nutt where finger pointers at Bama during the NZAA probe. This freakin circus in Arky makes the Price situation look like Sunday School. I hope they all implode on themselves and go quietly into mediocrity.

I cannot believe this guy has the audacity to say this after creating the whole mess. Did he honestly believe that ANYONE (much less a Head Coach making millions of dollars per year) would let something like this pass?
 
What coach would really want the Mitch Mustain circus? To request the FOIA for HN is outrageous. Grow up and move on Mitch, btw I don't like HN but it is time for the young man to grow up and move on. He sounds like a spoiled brat to me.

If I felt like a coached lied to me and then either actively or passively stood by while a booster sent me a very negative email that was published in the media, I'd do everything I could to bury the coach, and I'd start with a smack across the chops.

Has anyone seen anything in the national media on this? If it was Saban or Shula or when it was Price, SI and others couldn't get to Tuscaloosa fast enough. Or is it just another measure of how little interest there is in Piggie football outside of Greater Fayetteville?

This is way TOOOOOO much about something that really does NOT matter. I think we are seeing abuse of the FOI Act. If they were having an affair we would have already heard aout it. Someone somewhere would have seen something or have hotel/motel records. Some people got their feelings hurt because Casey Dick turned out to be a better QB than Mustain.

I think that because of last season's success and Arkansas's using a Heisman candidate in McFadden the national media is cutting Nutt a break from the circus that descended on Tuscaloosa in early 2003.

Traditionally Arkansas has a strong program among the likes of Oklahoma, Texas and Bama. I just don't like Houston Nutt. Like someone mentioned earlier, when Bama was having its probation Nutt did just as much finger pointing as fat phil, Tubbs and Jackie Sherrill.

Don't worry, Arkansas will implode this year, even with Mcfadden. Once Broyles is gone, the Arkansas BOT will tell Nutt "don't let the door hit you in the a** on the way out!" :BigA:
