Nothing in presser that makes me feel any better.
He’s got a lot to learn. Just from the perspective of where he’s coaching now. It is what it is."key is to turn frustration into positives moving forward" (about Malachi Moore being upset at end)
"own it as a team and get better"
DeBoer is very calm and kinda sounds like a pre-game presser rather than a presser where #1 Alabama was just destroyed up front by VANDERBILT
There was a whole lot of denial in that presser. 3rd and manageable? 3rd and long almost every time.Nothing in presser that makes me feel any better.
Based on the tone, I almost expected him to say something like "geez it's just a game".Nothing in presser that makes me feel any better.
I would agree with you, but they appeared to quit before the first snap, not in the 4th. By the 4th they were just exhausted because of their poor play the rest of the game.My biggest issue is it seems the defense quit in the 4th quarter. I’ve seen more heart out of a Shula team than this. Also our lack of composure and character, some senior guys showing their tails and that’s a major issue because that’s our leaders.
Yes, this was a loss of historic proportion. Fortunately, it's only one loss. We'll see if they learn from it.Based on the tone, I almost expected him to say something like "geez it's just a game".
The unacceptableness of this loss cannot be overstated.
There is nothing anyone can say to make anyone feel better about this.Nothing in presser that makes me feel any better.
When did we lose to UAB?Saban lost to UAB and ULM with the #1 team in the country? I had no idea!
