The Republican Vote Suppression Machine Is Out of Control

  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

What a strange headline for a story that notes:

1. 2,169 ballots were rejected for no ID.
2. "The voter ID law disproportionately hindered Democrats."
3. "The evidence overwhelmingly shows" that fraud "is essentially nonexistent."
4. The state Supreme Court race was decided by only 625 votes.

Kamala Harris won the U.S elections: Bombshell report claims voting machines were tampered with before 2024
Turn the channel, I've already seen this show. The ending never changes.

Kamala Harris won the U.S. elections: Bombshell report claims voting machines were tampered with before 2024: A new report is stirring fresh debate about the outcome of the 2024 U.S. presidential election, claiming that voting machines were secretly altered before ballots were even cast. The bombshell allegation raises a serious question: Did Kamala Harris actually win the 2024 election?
LOL, no.

Were votes miscounted or ignored in key counties?
Well now, that's a good question. People have been asking this for years now. Sounds like a pretty groovy argument for Voter ID and paper ballots. And yeah, Harris was gonna take NY anyway, so why does it matter? For third-party voters and non-voters who no longer have faith in the system, it matters. It matters a great deal.

While the lawsuit won’t change the outcome of the election—Congress already certified Trump’s victory—it could set off wider probes, from state investigations to federal criminal inquiries.
Sure, it could, but likely will not. At least not in a way that will change anything.

Extra credit for using the word "groovy" in a non-ironic sense.

Believe it or not, I started that about 35 years ago and here I am still using it. It was good for getting some pretty strange looks from people, especially Boomers who either frowned or smiled when hearing that word.
