Even that was the right call - just didn’t work out.

I know...it was a bad attempt at humor. But you are right. There should have been time left.

To his credit, CNS told them they had to cover if the kick was short, but I imagine that's a coverage that doesn't get much practice time. I mean, if we get one hand on him near the sideline the play that shall not be mentioned never occurs.

The only tweaks I've sortof liked over the years are the houndstooth around the neck and the subtle houndstooth reflective pattern on the numbers.

Teams that have tradition use the tradition as a motivating factor.

Teams that don't have tradition change uniforms 10X per year.
