Milroe is not going to walk away from his NIL deal of a million dollars plus. I don't see another school paying him what he is making now.

I think he's got a great chance of being QB#1 at Bama in the near future and I think he knows it.

Could be sooner than later. He's already one snap from Milroe being injured.

he was actually improving late in the season. I think we as fans expect too much from a freshman even with a 5-star label next to his name to come in and set the world on fire. it wasn't realistic, but he has all the potential to be a stud in the coming years!

Agreed - although I really wish we would have moved JC to LT and let proctor play RT to help ease out the transition for him. It's really, really, really hard to come in and start as an LT as a freshman in the SEC. We've had very few do that. Most have started at another spot early then moved out to LT as they improved.

But we positions of need are OL (proctor and 1 or 2 others would be nice non have to be immediate starters)
CB (need at least one for depth but getting an experienced, starter here would be a plus)
K (need one and has to be a solid starter)

I'd keep an eye on safety wideout and tight end as well. And perhaps a LB but we may be ok there given how good 41 looked.

Yes, that kid from Germany looks like he might be the steal of the year. Didn't he lead the team in tackles? Perhaps LB will not be an area of need in the portal.
