Yes, there are pictures of Prince Andrew on the Island and (I think) Bill Clinton. And the Trumpers will be quick to remind you of the (alleged) "falling out" between Trump and Epstein when Trump had somehow gotten wind of what Epstein was up to and prohibited him from ever coming back to MAL. How accurate is all this? I won't even pretend to know, but I'm with you: release the damn files.

Will that happen? Well, if it's true Epstein Island was a MOSSAD honey pot operation, I wouldn't hold my breath.

I can’t vouch for this guy’s credibility; I don’t even know who he is. Still, it’s interesting. If anybody is familiar with him, what are your thoughts on this statement? (Granted, this is a social media post and he’s certainly not under oath.)

No Musk fan here but there is likely little to no truth to him being a drug addict (except maybe caffeine and/or amphetamines). He is just a weird dude when it comes to personal interactions and obviously on the Autism spectrum somewhere.

"In the files" and actually having been a guest on Pedophile Island are two different things. There are plenty of names "in the files" that never did anything other than attend a party that Epstein had or took a meeting with him.

I think the powers-that-be in either party know that there are enough embarrassing names from either side of the aisle. Enough to want to keep it all under wraps.

That is my assumption as well, but I still think the bigger issue is the possibility that this place was being used to blackmail politicians and businessmen. Hiding that seems to be more important than hiding the pawns.

I follow a podcast by an ex-CIA agent. He speculates that Epstein was a Mossad plant. For what you said, blackmail, etc.

They’re building their hedge for the big reveal. Schiff tells us 14 isn’t pedophilia and Loomer comes out with “he’s not X.” The next step in this parade is, “We’ll, the age of consent in X is 14, so it’s not illegal.” And there is only one reason why that would be done. Either that picture of Trump does exist…. or a number of his friends know they can’t believe his denials and are getting out in front of it.

It's also an example of what can happen when the government only has one source. A WaPo article says that NASA and DoD are frantically looking for second sources.

Some years ago, I had a program officer told me that they wanted to terminate a non-performing contractor. I asked if they still needed what the contract was for. When they said yes, I asked for their plan. The plan was to go back to the contractor because he was the only supplier. When I asked what the point of terminating the contract was, they said that it was to show who was boss. I agreed that it would, but that it wasn't us!

The military drug testing program doesn't need this.
A commander can come in at any time and present an order to submit a urine, and it has the legal effect of a subpoena.

I don't deny HR pulls stunts, it's just not relevant here.

One common tactic - that I was a part of - is to stand at the base gate entrance on the Friday early morning of a 3-day weekend with open-ended drug test orders and hand them to every military member in a vehicle that passes through the gate between 12am and 2 am (the theory being that they assume they won't be drug tested and will take a hit on Friday night that will be out of their system by Tuesday).

That was funny - you'll have a van full of 18-22 year olds and the only one awake is the driver, the rest are passed out and get lights shined in their faces and handed legal paperwork, escorted by a cop.
