If only he’d been minority (or poor enough white person) caught smoking a joint maybe he’d have gotten some real time.

Even worse than the headline, he gets time served so basically has 60 days left. Also seen other mentions that he had videos on his phone of him having sex with unconcious women but didn’t see it mentioned in this article.

Obviously needs to be a trial, but folks like this are why I am firmly for the death penalty.
Not that viewing the porn (I'm not against porn, just anything involving kids) but the folks who made the porn, and him, for raping unconscious women. All ought to be taken out.
