Let's see... Tennessee just lost, Auburn to lose tomorrow, Domers not in a bowl game and we beat the real UT. Oh yea, things are starting to shape up.

Rarely ever pull against the SEC, and will hate hearing Hokie fans yell "ACC", but no way I'd pull for the Vols. Lane Kiffen is cheap and scummy. His behavior is disgraceful and he is a pimple on the face of the SEC. Congratulations to the Hokies for a great game and fantastic win against the classless vols.

I only heard rocky slop three times. Thank the Lord. Crompton went out with a loss and was sacked. Aces!! I love that Hokie Defense. I will pull for the SEC including Auburn the remainder of the Bowls. I actually like Gene Chizik. He acts the way a coach should. :BigA:

I was very satisfied with tonight's outcome. I was rooting hard for VT, now LSU needs to handle business tomorrow, and of course so does the Tide next Thursday.

It's probably been mentioned but I just read on Volnation that Crompton left the stadium in an ambulance after exhibiting concussion-like symptoms in the locker room. There was no proper link so TIFWIW but if true, it makes that decision by Lame Kiffin to call timeout when the game was over even more stupid. Crompton was suplexed on that last play.

Just got home from Atlanta. I haven't read through this thread...I can only assume most of it is not good for a Vol fan

Tonights game was rather pitiful as we simply got out coached, IMO. Looking back during the 3.5 hour drive home, we never really recovered after the FG TEch scored at the end of the st half. The Denarius Moore drop also turned out to be critical. Moore has been our best WR this year, so I cannot bash him for that drop. He has made some big time catches.

The play that ran through me and still is was after the Moore drop we had 3rd and 24, down 13, with 10 minutes to go...we run a draw play, a freaking draw play. Not sure what the deal there was. I honestly felt as if Kiffin gave up at that point and didn't try and win. My and my buddy were both trying to figure out why you run a draw when you need 24 yards and 2 TDs.

The game was rather embarrassing. Kind of a bummer night with how things turned out.

Oh well, looking forward to national signing day now to see how we do.

Volfan1 I feel for you but at the same time I am glad about the outcome of the game. Yes, it comes down to the way phil treated Bama as well as Coach Majors!! I wish this rift between our two teams fans could come to an end but the way kiffin acts it could be a long time.
