There might be some younger folks that don't know it exists. Fun fact there is a British version called Mean Machine starring Vinnie Jones and Jason Statham. It is better than that Sandler garbage.

Baseball is far easier to write apparently. “Field of Dreams” and “money ball” may be two of the best sports movies of all time.

I think Bull Durham is the best baseball movie of all time — “Rose goes in the front, son.”

The Natural is close.

And I know I’m a minority of one (neither the first time nor the last), but I never “got” Field of Dreams.
