BOLD???

Not sure I can do bold but here goes.

1) Texas will hang with Alabama for three quarters, lose, and we will all be inundated with "Texas Is Back" nonsense yet again. Two weeks later, they'll lose an upset to Texas Tech and be right back to the usual spot.

2) UCLA will win the Pac-10.

3) Will Anderson will win the Heisman Trophy.

4) Michigan vs Ohio State will again be for the B1G title...and the Buckeyes will yet again blow Harbaugh off the field, after which he will announce he is leaving for the NFL...only to return before the start of 2023.

5) Bold? Auburn will go 10-2. Reality? Auburn is more likely to go 2-10.

6) Actual Bold: the winner of the Minnesota-Nebraska game will win that division in the B1G.

How about UT continues their mediocrity by playing us close but losing to BAYLOR!!!

I live somewhat close to Huskerland, and lived in Omaha/Lincoln for 22 years.

Frost has had a super long leash, given his hero status among the fan base, and the 97 Natty.

But any other coach would have been fired by now.

Trev Alberts(another NE legend) is now AD at UNL. He has the unenviable task of firing Frost if Nebraska doesn't have a decent season this year.

They ran off Frankie Solich because he didn't "win enough". They ran off Bo Pelini. Even with his nastiness and emotional outburts, Pelini was going to get you 9 wins every year, and poop the bed once or twice against opponents he should have beaten easily.

Frost has no excuses this year. Last year either, although they were very close to winning several more games. Which usually comes down to either not enough blue chip talent, or poor coaching.

1) Harsin is fired

2) drinkwitz is fired. Ok maybe not, but Missouri has a losing season.

3) Kentucky finishes 4th or worse in the east

4) TAMU is once again over-rated

5) Florida has a losing record (no talent, Napier is fighting an uphill battle)

2. Alabama wins NC
3. BY gets his second Heisman with Will Anderson 2nd.
4. BY #1 in draft with Will Anderson #2
5. England win the World Cup in Qatar vs. Argentina.

Most of my predictions were things I don't expect to happen so I may have to add a 6th prediction that keeps with that theme....USA beats England in the group round.

Not to quibble but Young would be the FIRST player since Griffin to win consecutive Heismans, 2nd overall.

I know what you meant so I’ll show myself out……

Respectfully, most of these are not bold.
