The Old Time Butchers always referred to it as Butterfly.
The Chicken cooks evenly and in muchless time.
Makes great BBQ Chicken w/o getting part of the bird overdone while getting the Breast done.
It's probably been more than a year since I posted. I've been a member 10-15 years. I'm cooking on my 2nd UDS. I sold my first one to a fireman buddy who lives down the street.I have requented and posted on the brethren a looooong time. Love that site!
